Hong Chul Kim

With over 30 years of expertise and leadership in finance and capital markets, Mr. Hong Chul Kim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HLB in January 2026.

Mr. Kim began his career at Daesung Group Headquarters in the Treasury Department, where he built a strong foundation in financial management. In 2000, he joined the KOSDAQ Association, serving as Head of the Planning Team and Acting Executive Vice Chairman, playing a pivotal role in the institutionalization of Korea’s capital markets. Since joining HLB Group in 2021, he has served as Vice President overseeing External Affairs and ESG Management, followed by Chief Executive Officer of HLB Innovation in 2023, driving the Group’s strategic growth.
