Won S. Yang is currently serving as CTO and president at HLB Therapeutics. Before joining the company, Mr. Yang had 40 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in Korea. His experience has been accumulated at Korean pharmaceutical and biotech companies, such as an Executive for Global Business at Hanmi Pharmaceutical, President & CEO at CHA Biotech, which is a leading cell therapy development company, and most recently as President & CEO for eight years at GtreeBNT, a predecessor of HLB Therapeutics. He holds a BS degree from Yonsei University in Korea and an MS degree in microbiology from California State University.
