Yoon Ki Baek

Yoon-Ki Baek has been the Chief Executive Officer of HLB Co., Ltd. since July 2023. Mr. Baek brings over 37 years of experience in financial operations and executive leadership. He began his career at Daewoo Motors and went on to lead corporate finance at Daewoo Group, including serving as Managing Director at Daewoo Capital (1996–2005) and later at Aju Capital (2006–2013). From 2014 to 2019, he served as Chief Executive Officer of YG Partners Co., Ltd. He joined the HLB Group in 2020 as Vice President of HLB Global (formerly Next Science Co., Ltd.). He subsequently held senior roles including Vice President of HLB Life Science Co., Ltd. (2021–2022) and President and Chief Operating Officer of HLB Co., Ltd. (2022–2023), where he oversaw group-wide business operations and financial management. Mr. Baek holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Jeonbuk National University in Korea.
