Erin Duffy

Erin Duffy joined Immunomic Therapeutics in 2020. With over 30+ years experience, Ms. Duffy has addressed a wide array of financial issues, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, banking, taxation, financial planning and both GAAP and IFRS accounting operations and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Immunomic Therapeutics, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Healthcare Resource Network, LLC where she was responsible for all financial functions. Previously, Ms. Duffy served as Corporate Controller and Human Resources Director for ExonHit Therapeutics, Inc., a biotech subsidiary of a publicly traded French parent company. Ms. Duffy started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she specialized in healthcare, insurance and manufacturing assurance and advisory services.  Ms. Duffy is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University in NY.
